This is the last week before I depart. For the purposes of processing visas, I have planned entry and exit dates and tickets for up until Hanoi, early next year. For everything else apart from Europe and Russia, everything else will be planned en-route.

This week the jobs include getting a doctor’s appointment and getting the Vietnamese visa processed. The visa can take 1 day to be processed if necessary, but can also be completed when you’re in China. The doctor’s appointment is non-essential and the other tasks include things like buying medial supplies and learning Cyrillic. I’ve already over-slept and missed the first (unscheduled) slot for doctor’s and visa appointments, but hopefully this week should be fairly straightforward! If all goes to plan, the next major update should be from Berlin.
